Sinopsis Drama Korea Cross: God’s Gift:
Bermula dari seseorang yang belajar medis karena keinginan untuk balas dendam, namun dalam prosesnya belajar tentang penyembuhan. Dia bernama Kang In-kyu, ayahnya dibunuh secara brutal 13 tahun yang lalu, memacu In-kyu untuk masuk ke pengobatan untuk belajar menyelamatkan nyawa dan juga ingin tahu bagaimana cara membunuh.
Dia lulus kedokteran dengan nial tertinggi, Pembelajarannya diperkuat oleh efek samping dari kecelakaan yang dideritanya 13 tahun sebelumnya, di mana cedera pada otak kanan memungkinkan kemampuan otak kiri yang lebih besar, yang pada dasarnya menyebabkan sindroma savant (merupakan salah satu kemampuan otak yang dapat berfikir lebih ketimbang manusia normal).
Kang in-kyu bekerja di departemen transplantasi organ rumah sakit, Jo Jung-hoon adalah pakar transplantasi hati yang terkenal di dunia yang telah menerbitkan banyak artikel di jurnal medis internasional dan memiliki tingkat keberhasilan operasi 97 persen yang mengesankan.
